  Breakfast and breakfast room were very nice. The restaurant is said to be very good also.

  I called twice a toll free number and was charged 12 EUR!!! The TV did not work properly!!! Rooms and furniture could be renovated.

  Unfortunately the night I spent there was the very same of the night maraton in the city. The noise was so high that we could not sleep. Perhaps next time we will be luckyer.

  We found the staff helpful and the location ideal. It has an old world luxury atmosphere. Actually, royalty was at the hotel when we left. Would love to know who it was as there was an escort outside and a young man dressed in military uniform with staff in the lobby. Please let us know.It

  It was a little noisy because of the location, but just wear ear plugs. You can't have a better location for sight-seeing and viewing.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and had a fantastic view. The location was perfect for seeing all of the city and being able to walk anywhere you'd like. The hotel also has a lot of history, including some very interesting wwii history.

  The hotel location is excllent. Its about 15 min walk from the train station, well connected with public transport and bang in the city center. The hotel over looks the gorge between the new and old city.

  The hotel is quite old. They have renovated a few things, but still inside the room u can feel that the structure is old. The bed's are old, the toliet doors cant be locked since the door is aged and misaligned. I booked this hotel online for abt 106 eur a day, but its not worth that money.

  Best location in the center of city. Good under ground parking is available behind the hotel and you can start sightseeing as soon as you reach there.

  The room with a balcony overviewing the city center.

  1) Lack of parking space or even lack of space to just to unload your car. 2) To charge Euro 6/ hour for wifi is really too much. Given the room rate it should be for free....

  Meeting an older lady perhaps an owner? In hotel foyer one nighy. Very friendly and she spoke very good english . hotel location very good

  Very little english staff. Not very friendly , very little help with what to see and do for our stay in luxem no air conditioning asked for fan request,ignored weather was very hot.

  Breakfast and service in the breakfast room is excellent. The corner room had a nice view over the "river" and town.

  The room was not clean, there were around 20 insects in the sealing above the bed. So, when I was away they sprayed the room with some insecticide, but the insects were still flying. Due to the spray, had to sleep with the windows open and got a blocked nose.

  where to start. this is supposed to be a 4 start hotel, however it is falling apart (at least the rooms are). carpet lifting, mattress uncomfortable, pricey internet not working, furniture old and falling apart.
